Jennifer Lippman is Counsel at Beys Liston & Mobargha LLP and joined the firm in 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lippman was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP (2005-2011) and Cooley LLP (2011-2014), where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including securities, contract, and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Lippman has also represented both individual and corporate clients in regulatory proceedings.

Ms. Lippman earned her law degree from Columbia Law School in 2005, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She received her undergraduate degree in history, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 2002, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Lippman is a member of the New York State Bar and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
